Mauve Accessories shall not be responsible for payment failures caused by banking systems, payment gateways, or technical issues beyond our control.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery timelines are provided for convenience and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, operational issues, or other external factors.

Once an order has been shipped, address changes may not be possible.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are subject to our Return & Refund Policy available on the Platform.

Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or failure to follow care instructions may not qualify for replacement or refund.

For claims regarding damaged or incorrect items, an unboxing video may be required.
