Order Processing

  • Orders are usually processed within 24-48 hours business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • During sales, launches, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.


Shipping Timeline

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 4–8 business days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Courier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Operational disruptions

  • Remote delivery locations


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.

We may offer free shipping on selected orders, promotions, or minimum order values.


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.

Please allow some time for tracking updates to reflect after dispatch.


Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Mauve Accessories will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Incorrect phone numbers

  • Customer unavailable during delivery attempts

Once an order has been shipped, address modifications may not be possible.


Delivery Attempts & Returned Orders

Courier partners usually attempt delivery multiple times. If the order remains undelivered after failed attempts, it may be returned to us.

In such cases:

  • Reshipping charges may apply

  • Store credit, if applicable, will be processed after deducting shipping and handling charges


Damaged Packages

If your package appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please record an unboxing video and contact us immediately at support@mauveaccessories.com.

Claims without proper unboxing proof may not be eligible for resolution.


Delays Beyond Our Control

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, Mauve Accessories shall not be held liable for delays caused by courier companies, natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
