Final Sale Policy

All purchases from Mauve Accessories are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item received is damaged, defective, incorrect, or has a missing stone, subject to the terms outlined below.

No Refunds / Exchange

Refunds or exchanges will not be issued for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect product selection
• Dissatisfaction with the item

Please review all product details, including size, colour, and specifications carefully before completing your purchase, as we do not offer returns or exchanges for these reasons.

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect or Stone Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or with a missing stone, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at support@mauveaccessories.com.

To process your claim, we require:

• Clear photos of the item
• A complete, continuous unboxing video from opening the sealed package until the issue is clearly visible, without any cuts or edits

The unboxing video must clearly show a 360-degree view of the sealed package, including the seal before opening. We also photograph all products before dispatch as part of our quality control and shipping records.

Claims submitted without a continuous unboxing video may not be eligible for a replacement or store credit, as we are unable to verify transit-related issues.

Upon verification, we may offer:

• A replacement item
• Store credit

Return & Exchange Policy – Resin & Stone Jewellery

At Mauve Accessories, we strive to ensure you love every piece you receive. Due to the delicate nature of certain materials, the following policy applies to acrylic, resin, and stone-embellished jewellery.

Covered Items

This policy applies to:

• Resin jewellery (rings, pendants, charms)
• Jewellery with stones, pearls, or cubic zirconia

Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are accepted within 48 hours of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with tags intact.

No Returns / Refunds

• Refunds are not applicable for these categories.
• Requests made after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

Important Information

Acrylic, resin, and stone-based jewellery are delicate by nature and may be prone to:

• Breakage
• Stone or embellishment loss

These issues depend on usage and handling. While we ensure high-quality craftsmanship, these items require careful handling and mindful wear.

Care Guidelines

• Avoid rough use or impact.
• Remove jewellery during physical activities or tasks that may cause friction.
• Store your jewellery safely when not in use.

These pieces are best suited for occasional or light wear. Proper care will help maintain their longevity and finish.

Non-Eligible Returns

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

• Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, improper handling, or improper care
• Customized or personalized products
• Items purchased during a sale period
• Free products received during promotional or sale periods

Incorrect Product Received

If you receive the wrong colour or size:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Ensure the item is unused, with all original tags and the invoice attached.
• Return the item in secure packaging to avoid damage during transit.
• You may return it using any courier service.
• If available, we can help arrange return shipping through our courier partners.
• If the error is on our part, we will reimburse return shipping charges of up to ₹70, subject to valid proof.

Please Note: The correct product will be dispatched only after the incorrectly delivered item has been received and inspected at our facility, even in urgent cases. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Store Credit

Eligibility
Store credit may be issued for approved cases involving:

• Damaged products
• Defective products
• Incorrect products

Terms

• Issued as a coupon code or applied directly to your account.
• Valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
• Non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Cannot be combined with other discounts unless otherwise stated.
• Purchases made using store credit are final sale.

Other Important Policies

• We are not liable if an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address or an incorrect or unreachable phone number provided by the customer.
• Reshipment charges and RTO charges will be borne by the customer.
• Please ensure that your shipping address and contact number are accurate before placing your order.
• If your parcel is marked as Delivered but you have not received it, please notify us within 24 hours of the delivery status update.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor and track their shipment.

Order Cancellations

Orders are processed immediately and cannot be cancelled or modified once placed.
